Planning consultant to establish SHWEP and governance including establishing a Board with membership of CEOs across private and public acute, community and primary health care organisations, the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University, the University of Melbourne and the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Melbourne Planning Authority (MPA) and Victorian Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR). Facilitated strategic planning sessions with the board to develop the board’s vision, governance framework and work plan. This work has been recognised as a lead model by the MPA (2012- current).
